Maybe but what about the rest of the country? In many small European countries the capitale is booming but the rest of the country goes nowhere. I was stunned to learn on this site the other day that the unemployment rate of Vojvodina is around 20%. Since it is the most developed part of the country I would have expected it just about 8-10%.

It is good to see, that after many years of sanctions, and blockades, the world's business leaders are becoming aware of the vast potentials that serbia has to offer foreign investors. Besides the problems in Serbia's southern province, there is no holding back Serbia anymore. Just come to Belgrade and look around, there is construction on every corner.
