It will be interesting to see how the Hague spins this to their benefit and tries to keep Seselj in there on these charges as well.

Someone in Serbia clearly doesn't want him back. Now that a gross violation of his human rights and a great injustice.
Like Seselj or hate Seselj, this is a matter of justice and decency.
C'mon all you Tadic lovers. Where are you to defend democracy now?

Even if this is true, it is none of The Hague Tribunal's business. This is an issue for the Serbian courts to decide. This is about one Serb plotting the murder of another Serb in Serbia. It has nothing to do with war, war crimes, or international law. It is a purely domestic Serbian criminal justice issue. The UN has no place being involved.

Another ploy to keep a man in jail indefinitely, whose only crime is thumbing his nose at the west. The anti-Serb political kangaroo court, the Hague, is such a joke it's amazing that their judges can keep a straight face. Seselj has commited not one single crime, unless free speech is a crime, there is absolutely zero evidence against him, and yet he is sitting in a jail cell since 2003!! Unbelievable, and I certainly hope Russia is watching how the west is treating Serbs.

Who is going to investigate the allegation that Seselj is being kept in prison on purpose just to keep him out of Serbian politics? This government is no different to Milosevic when it comes to removing the opposition.

Only those who support selective justice could justify keeping this person in jail for so long. They argue how the law applies to some but not others.

I have no particular liking for Seselj but I would consider voting for him as a protest if he was ever released.
