If the Minister is so interested in rooting out corruption he should check out the maternity hospital in Novi Sad. When my first was born we "retained" a doctor, this time round, for the second child, we didn't and it was a whole different story. And as the midwife said of the woman in the bed next to my wife, who nearly died during labour because she wasn't given a cesarean in time "Well, she was nobodies so what can you expect."
