"But what is at issue here is what happened in 1992, not what happened in 1995. What happened in 1995 can't justify what happened in 1992."

It was these early incidents which heated up the war and made it grow. It was these early incidences which killed off attempts at peace. It was these early incidences which showed how the Muslims were going to fight.

The Muslims showed that they wouldn't honor any agreements, that they were full of trickery, that they were keen on ambushes, that they would kill soldiers who surrendered, and that they were entirely dishonest - there's no way to have peace with such Muslims who were controlling the government then. Even their leader Izetbegovic said he'd sacrifice peace for "independence" and he did want a Muslim dominated government throughout all of Bosnia, but first he needed the Croats to aid him against the Serbs.

It would be interesting to hear who Ejup Ganic thinks is responsible for the killings on Dobrovoljacka Street. Somebody ordered the attack, if it wasn't him then who was it?

Ganic accuses Serbia and says, "They hope to rewrite history because this is a country that committed genocide." But what is at issue here is what happened in 1992, not what happened in 1995. What happened in 1995 can't justify what happened in 1992.

The simple reason why Srboslav has doubts that the English courts will be fair and unbiased [and] without political pressure from its government is likely to be unfamiliarity with the British legal system. The reality is that the government does not have to apply pressure, particularly at this stage. Rather than my explaining, Srboslav might care to find out why this is. Thus he / she will be better informed in the future, to the benefit of us all.

If politics doesn't play any role in British courts, then why were Pinochet released and the Guildford four sentenced??

I think that you are rubbing Srboslav and the rest of the Serbs jennietalier the wrong way. The Serbs are very familiar with the British "legal" system. Only the brainwashed are proud of that "legal"system, and still believe in it.

although i didnt figure out what Jennie exactly wanted to say, i think UK/USA have two legal systems : a) an interior one for its own citizens, with decent performance (i suppose), and b) en exterior one (for their occupied territories, e.g. Guadanamo, Bosnia, Kosovo, FYROM, Iraq, Afganistan,etc...), which sucks.

Why do I have doubts, that this case isn't politically motivated?
The Serbian press is manipulating with the number of dead soldiers(42). The Serbian court claims, that 12 soldiers were killed. But, listen what the Serbian general Kukanjac said about this:

Considering recent Biden's snub of BiH, I'd say the West giving up on BiH and its only a matter of time that Ganic is delivered to us on a silver platter.
