I know that them coming back will mess up your numbers games but the very moment Serbia ethnically cleansed 1 million people in the hear of Europe in the 20th century, it was game over for you. Pejoni, perhaps the idea is to show that North Mitrovica (and by extension the Serb majority parts of Kosovo) is completely lawless. That has been the policy of Pristina and their supporters. The aim as we know is to persuade the internationals that they should support Pristina with asserting control over N Mitrovica etc.
As for ICJ, perhaps it was decided that incidents like these will have no impact on the ICJ decision.
