U.S. assisting in EU accession preparation

Consider these payments part of their war reparations.

Those funds could be used much better even in the US or in some foreign countries, who would deserve it much, much more.

I guess the americans didn't get the message that EU was not letting more countries in. However, they should keep the cash coming. If they keep it up in about 2,500 years they will have paid for the damages caused during the illegal war on our country.

Just what are western standards?
Illegal wars on nations far away which in no way threaten you. Such nations, which do not have WMDs include, Serbia, Iran, Iraq & Afghanistan. Nations such as the USA & Israel have WMDs. Incidentally, the USA has twice used their WMDs on civilian populations in Japan. The UK on the other hand bombed Belgrade into the stone age in the closing days of WW2 after it had been liberated from the Axis powers. Don't listen to their Western words but watch their actions closely.

The US has to buy the ink and paper first then print the money before giving to Tadic and co. Considering the perilous state of the US economy, if I was Tadic I’d make sure the ink does not rub off on my hands before trying to deposit it in the Swiss banks.
