Declaration on crimes against Serbs "by October"

“With this declaration we would remind our colleagues from parliaments of the other former Yugoslav republics that it’s necessary to condemn crimes committed against Serbs and citizens of Serbia, and we have their understanding for that when we talk to them,” she stated.


Does this includes crimes against Kosovo Albanians who according to Serbs without exeption, is part of Serbia. If so. Who commited crimes against them. Slovenians, Bosnians, Croats? Or Kosovo je Serbia without Albanians, which is the the opinion of Serbs wherever they are.
