Spain and Italy will be the first to ratify the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia, says Deputy Prime Minister Božidar Đelić.

I have also been mentioning 2020 as the year for Serbia's accession to the EU.

I have also been mentioning 2020 as the year for Serbia's accession to the EU.

Djelic was thinking since Spain have not recognise Kosovo at a time and having EU presidency term would result in reversing all the gain made in Kosovo since 1999.He was wrong no matter who is it EU president the clock moves only forward.
If God willing Kosova and Serbia can be together just like Kosova and Belgium or any other country as EU member
