Predrag, yes of course things were much better under Milosevic - particularly when hyperinflation meant that everything was getting more expensive every day. Wow, it was fun queueing up trying to get your savings from the banks that robbed you.
And it was great for families too - losing their sons fighting in various wars.
Best of all what gave us the most 'fun' was watching how Milosevic and his ruling clique were doing so well in their lives. Good for them! At that time is was milk and honey - they deserved it.

Things may be far from great today, but Milosevic's time was the worst in modern history.

Wow! Is this a sign of all the great & wonderful progress that we have been making over the last decade?
The approval of the Stabilization and Association Process, Increased foreign investment, Closer EU integration.
And whats the result?
A country with mounting debt.
Almost 20% unemployment.
A Diner that is worth toilet paper.
Things were better under Milosevic.

But at least we can feel comforted knowing that our great politicians are enjoying the good life in mansions in Dedinja!

No really knows about the numbers in South Serbia, Top. Albanians always avoid being taking part in any census, so there are never any clear numbers. But to be fair, the unemployment rate is of people that had jobs and lost them, not about the never or chronically unemployed.
