Winston, perhaps there are a few Albanians that 'express their opinions with fists, etc' but you forget that there was a government that expressed their opinions with 'machine guns, land mines, tanks, etc'!

The attacker thought that it was Enver Hoxha, not Enver Hoxhaj, it was obviously mistaken identity. It's common for Albanians to express their opinions with fists, guns, rocks, etc. No real story here.
