Yugoslavia at that time had no internal borders, and now we have. Is that progress to have the borders removed once again???

Whilst I recognise your point, lets not detract from the fact that, whatever the failings in the past, at least constructive steps are being taken by both sides to remedy the situation. Surely this progress is infinitely better than no progress at all? Lets hope more follow suit with this kind of agreement. Bravo Serbia and Croatia.

Malović hailed the the agreement as "historic".

Yep, historic in a way that now we are one step closer to the order that was in rule prior to -91...
A murderer then could not be safe from arrest in the whole of Yugoslavia, regardless of wich repulic he was born in. Quite some succes, what will the next step be? Cheaper telephone calls between the republics? (sorry i meant new independent nations)Once again, just like in the good old days before Yugoslavia was split up.

One wise person told me recently: Now the young generation are happy that they can travel visa free to Slovenia and other Europe countries.
I knew that his parents could travel visa free to all over Europe before -91. All other European countries at that time had customs control, most of these controls have since been removed, Yugoslavia at that time had no internal borders, and now we have. Is that progress to have the borders removed once again???
