Vojislav Šešelj is an ethnic Croat, not a Serb. Croatian phonebooks are full of Šešelj, and here in Serbia he is the only one.

Serbian politicians have a legacy of deep involvement in crimes and mafia. This is why Serbia will never prosper but will remain a paradise for crimes and mafia.

No wonder Mladic is extermely safe in Serbia.

You should know considering you’re an Albanian.

The news media is known to make up stuff and spread unsubstantiated rumors to go after certain people it disagrees with politically.

Where are the recordings of this alleged order?
Also, never was brought forward any evidence that NATO had warned RTS that it would bomb the building and not just the transmitters. NATO records everything like this - audio and video (of the bomb attacks), yet nothing of the sort was ever turned over.

It seems Serbs are accused and even jailed on unproven claims by the media.

They are trying to find out the identity of the middle man.
Just ask the guy in jail who is supplying them with all this info. He seems to know it all.

it will remain a haven for crime and war criminals as long as its people allow and thus promote the situation, as long as its politicians pander to the worst in the society...

it's not that i particularly care about nikolic one way or another (not that i want him murdered!) but the question for me is not whether seselj is implicated in yet another crime, but why he hasn't publicly been implicated in that little assassination way back in 2003. remember that? Seems like that country forgets history awfully fast -- its own history, except as it serves their particular short-term nationalistic interests. the crimes of the milosevic era, even just in serbia, are legendary, and have mostly been swept under the table.

and where is dear Mira and the rest of the clan? oh, yeah, i thought so.

wake up, people!

Hilarious!

As the ICTY still has no evidence against Šešelj and has managed to keep him in jail on a contempt charge over the years, they can now send him back to a Belgrade prison so that he remains out of 'political circulation'.

After all, that is part of the function of the ICTY. They accept hearsay and third hand information to file charges to put out an arrest warrant for whom they want, once arrested the charges, procedures on evidence, and the information changes to keep said defendant behind bars.

In any normal country the case would have been thrown out, but the ICTY is a 'special' court with 'special' proclivities. But what else do you expect from a political and institutionally racist court?

BTW, has anyone seen that Izetbegovic Mk.II is running for Prez in Bosnia? He lost recent elections to become Prez of the SDA to Tihic. I hope it doesn't follow the same pattern as when Abdic beat Izetbegovic Mk.I to become SDA president...

How about posting articles about SRS political statements instead of unsubstantiated tabloid fodder B92? These accusations against an innocent Serb leader detained without just cause or evidence and persecuted by the Hague with full US-UK-EU support, come at a convenient time to coincide with pointless SNS-led opposition rallies and shows what powers stands behind Nikolic. And Blic.
