The old talk about Kosovo and the involvment of Russo-Serbian NIS is a clear demonstration that the event was not humanitarian action, but a expansionist-nationalist one. Milosevic and Arkan, if alive, would applaud it!

Sure, it takes a lot of hate to hop on your bike and go to Kosovo in order to help kids.
I can see how you would accuse these good semaritans of hate.
Just be careful that the hate in Kosovo doesn't get exported to other places. There is plenty of evidence of hate all over Serbian cemetereis, churches and areas where Serbs wish to return to.

- Funny. We think the south and central are also full of good people held hostage by gangs of thugs paid by Washington for narrow political motives. Now wouldn't it be a hoot if we all sat down like "good people", without being told what to think by our respective gangs, and realize many of the problems on one side of the divide are shared on the other?

I know, a radical thought.

Too bad you were not included in Serbian team during negotiations. Belgrade has overlooked your convincing capabilities. Perhaps next time when we negotiate Presevo you can include yourself and talk about "cantonization", "daytonization" or whatever terms you so often use.

And if the north is going to be dismissed as a den of thugs and criminals, why then would Pristina want such a black hole of misery to take care of?
(Mike, 27 June 2010 19:29)

Because we care about doing "humanitarian work" too.

Judging from the comments already posted here by the gems of the Albanian diaspora, I fail to see how this generates such anger. I also fail to see how this is being (defensively) interpreted as something "political". Yes, it's a series of knee-jerk reactions from the usual suspects, but shouldn't "humantiarian work" like this be the responsibility of Pristina? After all, I keep hearing how northern Kosovo is part of its authority. And if the north is going to be dismissed as a den of thugs and criminals, why then would Pristina want such a black hole of misery to take care of?

It doesn't look like a humanitarian work but pure political game. It seems that Serbia is bracing itself on different strategy towards Kosovo. Exploit religion/humanitarian work to its political goal.

Good to see that that trolls like USA-Kosovo are behind helping parentless children too. They just have their geography goofed up. Must be the Albanian education system,

I have impression, your holy land is Alpha Centauri because according Albanian scientists it, too, did belong to Pelazgian Empire.

Here, of course, you will have a dispute with your Daco-Roman relatives because they claim that Buerebista was the king of Alpha Centauri.

you mean northern mitro. I have not seen or heard they came by in Prishtina. They are hiding in their own criminal hub, which is financed by Belgrade thugs.

That is so cool! Hats off to these guys for doing this and especially for helping the kids without parents.

Fantastic! I just wish that the Western media would pick up on this story and run photos. I hope that it's publicised as much as possible.

"The “Bike Rock Mission” was also helped by NIS, which secured free gas for the group of about 1,500 bikers, which included several Russian citizens who work in NIS. "

LOL, free gas was what sparked this? with a free sunday ride :D
