That's very funny coming from an Albanian who side hides behind the skirts of the US/UK et al. You'll negotiate when they tell you to and they'll also tell you what to accept. Defiance will not be an option.

You have probably the best equipped, trained and most fit special police unit in Europe. Many countries are impressed. After the ICJ verdict, I would suggest to build one base between Pec and Mitrovica, maybe Prekaz, one base outside Prizren and one base somewhere by Batlava. Its just a suggestion but I know I am not way of the line.

Side of the people? "The Butcher of People" would in my opinion is a best fit. And the other commentator is fooling himself, although he represents the militant psyche of Serbia nonetheless.
