Gossamer - Whose reality? No - just a mythical minor dream of mono-ethnically motivated Albanians.

De facto and de jure? Not really.

The 'law' of an illegal udi is only as powerful as the ability to enforce it. The enforcer at the moment is not Pristina, it is EULEX under the power of the UN.

The province is under occupation and it remains a province despite bombings and international force. The future is not stable, and the political force that has been bought to 'resolve' the situation has just guaranteed that it will take longer to come up with a satisfactory solution.

“Unacceptable” is one of the most used words by Serbian politicians regarding Kosovo. They refuse to accept the reality that Kosovo is a independent nation from Serbia de facto since 1999 and de jure since 2008.

Mitrovica is an artificially-divided town due to Belgrade-supported infiltrators. Once Belgrade support goes, the Serb nationalist sentiment oin the Kosovar north region will die.

This proves there are some sensible Serbs who are willing to work under the laws of the Gov't of Kosova, even in North Mitrovica. We should welcome aboard our loyal Serbs.

how deluded can you be not to see your intelligence being insulted as a self proclaimed minister who represents and was voted for by NO ONE in kosovo, including serbs... upset about any decision made by a govt. of wich he is not part of,let alone calling it "unilateral"

When I read this comment in April, I thought it was a bit premature,so I saved it, what do you think now.
"Glad to see Belgrade is involved here in placing the judges of their choosing - despite Albanian complaints.

Kosova-USUK,

These judges will be in Northern Kosovo where the Kosovo Albanian government isn't recognized. There is a risk with this, especially when trying to enforce laws of a country that the Serbs don't recognize and where the Kosovo Albanian government has no power.

""Judges who belong to the Serbian justice system must consider how the Justice Ministry would feel about this move. Anyone who decides to take this step must also take public sentiment into account," Ivanović said. "

Yeah, burn them to the ground like some medival whitch nightmare. Just becouse they dont like you mr useless minister.

"Any unilateral move can trigger a strong reaction if it is construed as a threat to the safety of Serbs in northern Kosovo," Ivanović warned.

How in the world is the safety of citizens threatened by having four judges presiding in their repspective court rooms???
