Tadić to attend Srebrenica commemoration

The massacre, declared a genocide in an ICJ ruling, will be marked next month.

At a summit of heads of Tadić recalled that the Serbian parliament has passed the Declaration on Srebrenica which condemns the crime, and underlined that “no parliament has ever done anything of the kind”.

oh well Mr. Tadic, your parlament did not use the word "genocide ", so much for your lip service on this issue.

I agree but I would like to hear from Mr Tadic how come Mladic and many more war criminals have not responded for their crimes?

Normally, it should go without saying, unfortunately, in the ex-YU states (including the self proclaimed multiethnic dream state) it doesn't.

Im sure Serbian President Boris Tadić being a man of conscious will demand its abolishment most likely not just more of the usual meaningless lip service. The court used a greatly watered-down convoluted and politically and ethnically biased definition of "genocide".

The numbers killed and how has been greatly exaggerated. They were Bosnian Muslim army killed in running battles during the trek from Srebrenica to Muslim army controlled territory. Serbs had thousands of Muslims marching through the woods in their territory and it was a planned evacuation by the Muslim leadership and the UN which called and ordered their soldiers out (without even fighting).

The Bosnian Muslim soldiers outnumbered the Serbian soldiers by far, yet they didn't even choose to defend that day and weren't even taking any fire when they decided to pull out the day before.

Plus Tadic is from Sarajevo and shouldn't be president of Serbia. He should to back to Bosnia - and to the Muslim-Croat "Federation".

Tadic is only doing what the western masters are asking him to do. There is this bizarre idea that if you continue with this Srebrenica business long enough your going to get all Serbs to cow tail to an imaginary incident.

The so called resolution was passed by ONE vote. That is totally meaningless in the scheme of things. The ICJ ruling Srebrenica a genocide; well what do expect from the west. Perhaps the same group of clowns can now declare the murderous activities of the west in Iraq and Afghanistan a genocide, but I’ll not hold my breath because their activities were done for the right purpose of freedom and democracy.

The real genocide was against Serbs in WWII - committed by "Bosniaks" and Croat. Albanian Nazis were also responsible for a lot.
