What part of the law don't YOU understand? eulex arrested the suspect because the kps (pristina) refused. Now, a eulex judge released him. The us will want to know from BOTH eulex and pristina why the suspect is not in custody. Is that too complicated for you?
And you call this independence? This is not a nation by any definition. Actually, it's shameful, but yet, I also find it comforting that albanians accept subservient role.
