Of course. I should say that if the allegations are proven true. My point was that some people can continue to be a menace to society even when locked up. I understand that some are opposed to the death penalty altogether - this is just my two cents.

Well Jason my understanding is, if the prison service and justice system are doing their job, Mr Ulemek should not constitute any threat even when he is behind bars. Thats the idea of jailing scumbags, they do not menace society.

I'm totally against the death penalty.
