The US actively protects Agim Ceku in his trial at the ICTY

I was not aware that Agem Ceku has ever been brought up on charges before the ICTY, much less actually been tried there. And I know the guy, so I assume that I would know that.

"Nothing new in this report, but nicely summed up. Maybe to add that the Kosovo is not willing to uncover the war crimes and is actively trying to obstruct any investigations

Top, since you didn't read the report it's clear that you're here to bash Albanians at any cost.

Should your comments be taken seriously?

The OSCE is pointing at war-crimes generally committed in Kosovo, without naming any group in the population. It was the failure of UNMIK that the last ten years no progress was made in the persecution of the war-criminals. Of course most of them doesn't live in Kosovo anymore, but fled into European countries like: Sweden, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Norway.
It is easier to find the mass-graves than trying to find out who dug and filled them. Too many people all over the Balkans participated in these crimes. It remains a sad story.

Maybe, you should read the report. This is a report on the failures of the international systems ie, UNMIK, EULEX, ICTY. It is noted that while many authorities were transferred to the officals in Kosovo, the investigation and prosecution of war crimes remains in the hands of Eulex.

Just like the Bosnian Moslems and others who regard themselves as 'official victims of the serbs', most of them refuse to even recognize that they have committed war crimes. It is like the serbs of western and southern bosnia and the Krajina 'voluntarily' left.

We can thank Washington, London, Paris and Berlin for this in part and the media who call it ethnic cleansing when done by the serbs but that serbs 'leave out of fear of reprisals/revenge'.

The US actively protects Agim Ceku in his trial at the ICTY thought Greg Kehoe who has an interesting cv of working on behalf of the US government (google is your friend too) in getting its clients off the hook or shutting them up. He has done well by stopping Ceku from testifying at the ICTY about all the military help he received from the US, UK, Germany etc. that lead to the largest ethnic cleansing in Europe since world war two, that of the Krajina Serbs.

Of course, the 'free' and 'independent' ICTY's remit was drawn up by the great powers to specifically exclude any non ex-SFRY states from investigation of assistance of or failure to stop war crimes.

Indeed, institutional racism practiced at its finest.
