Unfreezing of SAA “fairly certain”

Reading this article, it is so typical of the EU plan- make info coming out of Brussels optimistic, yet nebulous, with no dates, no time frames, nothing but generalizations which mean nothing. And that's how Serbia should look at the EU- and realize that the EU doesn't really want Serbia, except for control. Tadic, Delic, and the DS are all humiliating Serbia by persuing something (EU) who do not want us (especially with Kosovo). Truthfully the EU will be sinking economically very soon, so why would we want to get on a sinking ship??? Forget the EU and concentrate on helping yourselves Serbia.
