Đinđić murder conspirator could walk free

According to Croatian law, Sretko Kalinić cannot serve prison sentences handed to him in Serbia in that country.

Can't Kalinic be extradited to Serbia? Wouldn't that solve everyone's problems? Croatia doesn't want him and Serbia does. Until then, the Croatians can hold him because of the false passport. He shouldn't be able to just "walk" as the article said.

I don't really care if this murderer gets to serve his sentence in Serbia or not. This is a even better solution, this hardcore criminal stays outside of Serbia and will live his days to pension as a model citizen in Croatia that doesn't want to put him to jail since he is croatian citizen :-)
I am sure that he will contribute a lot to the Croatian society since they are allowing him to live in freedom there :-)
As long as he is in Serbia no more I am satisfied!
