"Winston, you are right, but EULEX doesn´t decide. EULEX shows how it works proper. Kosovo can adopt it or not."

Yes, EULEX doesn't decide, UNMIK decides in the multiethnic dream state of Kosovo. Recently, Thaci and his buddies recognized that it makes them look smarter if they don't oppose EULEX and their fight against corruption. So they pretend to back all EULEX legal actions - which they opposed not so long ago (unannounced investigations). Well, only Kurti doesn't accept the rule of law, enforced by EULEX.

Comment: robby, K Albanians can chose nothing about their future, Eulex does. If decisions were left to the bums in Pristina, it would remain a criminal cesspool for eternity.

Winston, you are right, but EULEX doesn´t decide. EULEX shows how it works proper. Kosovo can adopt it or not.

Kosovo can choose for the future or for the cesspool. It´s their decesion, they have to do it by themself. Noone else has the responsibility, noone will take them by the hand. Kosovo can´t blame anyone else except itself.

If the Kosovarians choose right, they will soon get free of Visa, economic progress and wealth.

But as long they don´t kick out all these corrupt bams, nothing will change (for eternity)

Kosovo USA...I'll tell you who didnt' steal it, Milosovic.

I'm surprised to hear such a violent rush to judgement by you for these simply misunderstood criminals. Duuuhhh...they weren't stealing but borrowing so that they could finance weapons for the continued execution and intimidation of Serbs. I mean, what else does your national product and past time supposed to do other than attack the "other" community? Isn't that acceptable, I mean totally, for sure.

You should know better.

As I stated before this is a strategy not without risks by EULEX.

Ordinary Kosovo Albanians will be happier to see EULEX and internationals stay longer now, but the cost will be an alliance between certain politicians and criminals to remove EULEX.

That alliance will use every means at its disposal to prevent its members being exposed to criminal prosecution including using the media to stoke nationalism, to put out stories of widespread EULEX corruption. I would not at all be surprised if 'black' files have been created on senior EULEX employees which will be used...

In the Kosovo Albanian politicial context this is going to put Kurti in a difficult position as well. EULEX are stealing his anti corruption tag and now he will have corrupt politicians wanting to form alliances with him.

Of course this all depends on how serious EULEX is and this doesn't just blow over after a couple of weeks. It might be that the Americans inform their European partners to back off certain allies.

Comment: I must admit that I'm starting to like EULEX. In the beginning I was very sceptical, but now I see that it is a very good tool to purge all 3 powers (Judicative, Legislative and Executive) in Kosovo from rotton elements. (EoC)

You see: Good investigations need time but its european standard.
Kosovo can choose and decide about its future

In the beginning I was very sceptical, but now I see that it is a very good tool to purge all 3 powers (Judicative, Legislative and Executive) in Kosovo from rotton elements. Of course, I will not be so naive to think and say that it will be a 100% cleaning, since nothing is perfect in this world (including EULEX, remember the Romanians) but it is still quite productive and a good opportunity. Without EULEX, Kosovo would need much more years to ged rid of them, and even if it means that it cost some of our autonomy. But that is what we agreed on when adopting the A-Plan. Now, no backing out.
