Serbia's “recognition of Kosovo” is not a condition to its EU accession, but “development of good neighborly relations”, said the statement.

No it is not. This is EU’s BS to try and make its ditching of many conditions it had set for Serbia for EU entry look as if it has met them. The SAA will be signed well before the end of this year. Kosovo is NOTHING in the scheme of things.
You can try and sugarcoat all you like, but the facts are plain and simple the Albanians have lost. I recall the discussions late last year on this forum and the Albanians claiming that the SAA will never be signed unless Kosovo is recognized; well it is going to be signed and no recognistion, if fact its status quo.

No, it's not. The EU has not recognised Kosovo as a state, therefore it does not mean the same at all.

"Veldkamp said that his visit comes at an important moment for the relations between Holland and Serbia, but also Holland and the EU."

Interesting, could the Eu be prodding the Dutch.
