I wonder what Hash's reaction about this will be.
A serb military in his uniform in Pristina?

Koha Ditore will probably report that Serbian Army will recognize "kosova" without Serbian government....
(Srboslav, 4 June 2010 23:38)

I can assure you that his boot did not walk the streets of Prishtina. He was brought with chopper to Film City (KFOR HQ), but he never got to see the changes in Prishtina streets.

Unfortunately, Mr Serbian General is a GUEST, and nothing more, in his country's "southern province". He needed an invitation from a german general....what a joke !!! I hope he's still alive when the next invitation comes...in 2015....or 2020...

"Legally Kfor is responsible for Kosova's security."
(Pericles, 4 June 2010 18:04)

Exactly that. KFOR and EULEX is in charge. And that's why Kosovo is not allowed to have an own army.

I have to marvel at some of your comments. The Serbian generals are there for one reason: Kumanovo Agreement, the same agreement that states that Serbian army cannot get within 5km of Kosova or place radars within 25 miles of Kosova. Legally Kfor is responsible for Kosova's security.

Reality check for dreamers,

Just look at photo - Pristina - Serbain army officials in uniforms and KFOR - Serbia Flag and KFOR-EU flag.

"Ooo - sorry, they forgot to ask permission from so called Kosovo government and not get Kosovo(albanian) flag but they somehow find time to inform Kosovo "officials" that meeting is held.- after it happened.

Nothing else to add - all facts - something else to add will be dreams and wishes.

disabling illegal operating antenas is an attack.
Never would have thought that a Military General goes on the trip and talks about business(mobile phone company).
(Kosova-USA, 4 June 2010 10:34)

Even when those companies have legitimate licenses? I would imagine they were discussing security and how to reduce illegal attacks. Hardly a "business issue" more a security issue surely? Or is that how business is done in your world I wonder? How would you classify the desecration of graves, the destrustion of religious sites, the attacks on minorities, the smuggling and the illegal land grabs? All just good business practice? Please try and focus on being fair and pragmatic with your comments. This is an article about the continued cooperation between KFOR and the Serbian authorities and this should be applauded for the way it is conducted in my opinion.

And never would you think either that Serbian military in uniforms would be at a meeting in Pristina again, huh? (In their southern province). You might as well drop it. Move back ti Kosovo, help to build up a good, non-criminal and non-corrupt life there.

Destroying property that belongs to another person is an attack and vandalism. The method used to destroy the system is an attack. Trying to cut a group of people off from their only means of communication is an attack. He is using the correct terminology here.

Kosova-USA, are you really American or just want to be one?

Serbian military chief goes to Pristina to talk to KFOR head about security in Kosovo, undoubtedly under the terms of UNSCR1244. So much for independence!
