It's always news when Kurdish fighters kill Turkish soldiers. And it's never news the other way around.... what about the innocent Kurd civilians that military and paramilitary Turkish forces have been killing on a daily basis for the last 15 years? What about the burning of whole Kurdish villages in the east of Turkey that has taken place dozens of times and still does? Unfortunately, Turkey don't let most of these actions be known, only the killings of her own troops by Kurds. Which is probably 1/100 of what Turkey has done and still does to the Kurds....
