That would mean that Silajdjic also kissed Tadic. Doesn that make him a clown too? Which one went in 90% and which one went in 10%?
I'm sure there only one part of the body Tadic would allow Silajdjic to kiss him on.

I think Tadic is in a bind. He'd like to see Serbia follow Croatia into the EU but the situation in Kosovo is going to prevent that from happening for at least a decade. Establishing good relations with Bosnia-Herzegovina will help Serbia move towards EU membership faster and will benefit it economically but until the Kosovo issue is resolved and Mladic & Co. are arrested Serbia's EU entry will only be a distant dream.

Even though the meeting was not announced, the two met for about 15 minutes in the hall of a Sarajevo hotel.
