These democrats are ruining the country with deficit spending. Our exchange rate and social safety programs are at risk due to poor capitalization and ever increasing national debtloads. How does the debt go from 4bn to 25 billion in less that 10 yrs.

I might be wrong, but from what I know, the IMF does not lend for social purposes. At any rate, the conditionalities attached are such to format the economy to focus towards repayment of loans - and that would mean cutting out needed social services. This is like an oxymoron... an organization that always works against social services helping social services??? I think there's more to this.
