1st blackmailing is illegal and therefore wrong, no matter who the victim is. it's even worse when that victim is your biggest ally in your attempted land-grab.

This is the 2nd time in a very short time that the BND ran into a Kosovo intelligence trap. Unbeliebing that those old UDBA and Sigurimi methods from communist times still work so efficiently.
