since the Germans have lots of trouble with criminal Albanians, especially in the Hamburg area, they are of course interested in supporting the serbian police in their struggle against albanian organized crime in southern Serbia.
but time will come, when the Germans realize that the best support is to get reasonable and to recognize that there is no "Kosovah"...
just a question of time, I guess.
