Bosnian official cancels Belgrade visit

Bosnian Presidency Chairman Haris Silajdžić’s cabinet has stated that his visit to Belgrade scheduled for Tuesday had to be canceled.

Silajdzic was afraid that he would be arrested too. He was instrumental in the Dobrovoljacka attack as well as Ganic. That would have been priceless...arresting him at the airport.

Why must you always exaggerate Kosova USA?

Crimes of war are carried out with relation to human rights and norms of war laws, not your or my 'common sense'.

That column was retreating and its my understanding that under Geneva Convention (I may be wrong) that attacking a retreating convoy violating a previoius agreement constitutes a war crime.

Thus whether somebody is wearing a uniform or not is not the real issue.

He was also expected to visit convicted war criminal Ilija Jurišić, a former Bosnian official convicted and sentenced in Belgrade to 12 years of prison for the deadly attack on a retreating Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) convoy in Tuzla in May 1992.

Why this man was convicted? During war time any person wearing military uniform and carrying a weapon is a legit target. Kangaroo court!?
