Hilary went to China alright but the Chinese said NO on North Korea. So now it the US and South Korea holding naval exercise of the coast in international waters – navel gazing is about the right terminology for this action.

Another interesting item not covered in the media but raised with the Chinese by the delightful Hilary was the matter of buying US bonds – so far not even a peep has come out of those discussions. Either China said no, not interested or the US has “sold out its soul to the devil” by giving China the guarantees it has been asking for – take my word that this is not to the advantage of the US or its people. Time will tell.

The US can't do crap over this issue, nada zip, zero, zilch. As a nuclear weilding force, the US knows full well any military reaction against North Korea could produce a nuclear exchange which NO ONE wants.

This non response is the direct result of the North's nuclear arm, a lesson other nations are observing closely. You think Serbia would have been so illegally and brazenly attacked by NATO if it had a nuclear deterent or counter threat?

No way, no how. Now class, skip to page 125 in your books as we discuss the ONLY nation to have used THE BOMB against two civilian targets amounting to mass murder. Save the rhetoic, the US could have bombed military targets instead.

"But Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Tokyo Friday denounced North Korea for sinking the South Korean ship, and she warned that "provocative actions have consequences."

Of course the entire world should condemn Pyongyang if it is really proven to have intentionally sunk the South Korean vessel.

Mrs Clinton is of course only too eager to jump onto the bandwagon of condemnation ..... while conveniently keeping silent over America's own criminal record of recklessly causing practically countless civilian deaths aka "collateral damage" in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq. Hypocrite!
