Albanians don't need visa for USA, we are USA.
(Rocky, 22 May 2010 14:09)

American... ROFL. Yes, before you were more Soviet than Stalin, than more Chinese than Mao - now you are more American than McDonald's hamburger.

Who's next? Just hope it's somewhat like "India", not "Saudi Arabia".

But at first, Albanian politicians need to grow a spine - and here no one can help them, not even America.

Do albanians get 10 year visas? You would think so since albania is such an important us ally.

They don't need a visa. They get special access and entry through the back of a lorry.

How did you get your UK residence permit, Zoran? Did you run a few errands for Otpor while you were there?
(Milos Obilic, 21 May 2010 15:22)

I know you'd like me to be an Otpor member but I'm afraid I'll have to refuse. I'm just not that type but you have roberto as consolation. He is your prefer member.

What makes you think I have a UK residency permit? I travel with my Serbian passport. If I have any problems I claim asylum based on being persecuted by Otpor. Works a treat.

Thanks for clearing that up Ataman. Do they have a H1N1 visa for people carrying swine flu? :)
(Zoran, 21 May 2010 13:40)

H1N1 is a Mexican religious visa. It's one visa for two and is reserved for people who can become a Quetzalcoatl, the bloodthirsty ancient deity feeding on harvested human organs and being partly "reptile" (Snake), partly a "bird" (Pigeon).

Two Serbian citizens matched the profile perfectly - and by the coincidence they also have the highest concentration of swine virus.

Do only Otpor members and sell-outs get 10 year Visas?

Most important is H1B (specialist with high education for working. People can convert H1B or manager (L1 if I remember) to immigration but not B1 or B2.

I doubt that it will increase tourism to the US, a tourist makes plans for the upcomming one or two years, not 10. Unless there are unlimited in/out passages allowed during this 10year visa it adds nothing special.

If Serbia were to be allowed into the Visa waiver program, then we would be taking of "deepening friendship".

Ataman

pre 13 godina

Huh? What does that mean? Sounds like nothing has changed? What are categories B1 and B2? Do only Otpor members and sell-outs get 10 year Visas?
(Zoran, 21 May 2010 11:53)

B1: business
B2: pleasure (visiting relatives, tourism, shopping)
B1/B2: business or pleasure

These are the most common visas. Other visas are student or immigration or investor or manager or working visas. Most important is H1B (specialist with high education for working. People can convert H1B or manager (L1 if I remember) to immigration but not B1 or B2.

Therefore it changed a lot for better. The B1/B2 refusal rate in Serbia is about 10-15%, already relatively low.

Before the "white Schengen" it was much easier to get a U.S. visa than the German one. A friend of mine is by no means otporist but he did visit us at the time we were in the States.

Consular Chief of the U.S. embassy in Belgrade Peter Marigliano specified that only categories B1 and B2 (for short tourist and business visits) will receive visas for 10 years' time, while the duration of all other visas will remain unchanged.
