Well as I have said before on this site - the KPS cannot investigate their way out of a wet paper bag. So there is no chance of tracing the suspects of this crime.

Even if they are misbehaving (and they are not), why can't your people say they are above that sort of behaviour and act civilized? Is that too much to ask for?
Also, if they say that there are criminals amongst them, don't you think that reporting that to EULEX OR KPS is a better alternative than shooting? I thought shooting people was against the law.
Enough of your excuses. Take responsibility for your own actions for once.
