Serbia will react in this case just like Kosovo in the other possible outcome: They will ignore it, and say that the ICJ ruling is not binding, and it's against the constitution, bla.. bla...
But about the "destabilization and violence": I think, too that this is possible, maybe even likely.
You might remember the 2004 events: Violence, looting and some persons even getting killed. Why? Because of almost nothing: Just a stupid (or maybe even planned) campagne in Kosovo media spreading blatent lies and unfounded accusations about kids being killed by Serbs, who in fact just drowned by incident in a river.
It is pretty worrying that in 21st century, a high official of his rank still talks in a language that brings back the ghosts of yesterday and provokes tension.

I can see that this is their last line of defense, constructed by america. Yes, in the beginning, it was the opposite. KFOR was there to keep peace by protect people from looting and slaughtering Serbian paramilitaries. But you might have noticed that KFORs tasks have changed, now that the war is over and there are not many Serbs left in Kosovo. Their current task is still to keep peace, but now they have to do it by protecting Serbian villages and monestaries against the Albanian mob (2004).
What the general says is true. Unfortunately those politicians and governements who support kosovo albanian irredentism refuse to highlight this.
Unfortunately there are still some how blame the Serbs rather than question the absolute failure of their own politicians over corruption and organized crime.

Yesterday, I read an article written by an albo who stated that kosovo will never be accepted into europe unless it is de-islamized. I can see that this is their last line of defense, constructed by america. When they lose the ICJ case and most of the recognitions, america will claim that the k-albos are actually Serbs and kosovo is a Serbian country outside of Serbia.

Yes, in the beginning, it was the opposite. KFOR was there to keep peace by protect people from looting and slaughtering Serbian paramilitaries. But you might have noticed that KFORs tasks have changed, now that the war is over and there are not many Serbs left in Kosovo. Their current task is still to keep peace, but now they have to do it by protecting Serbian villages and monestaries against the Albanian mob (2004).
When I read this article, I just cant stop myself from bursting in laugh. I thought he is general or something and knows better whats going on. he talks about kosova as he has troops inside the territory of kosova and he is so worried his troops will get "shot". lol.

KFOR troops are protecting Serbs and their homes in Kosovo. There are KFOR troops around every Serbian church in Kosovo. Why? KFOR troops have to protect Serbian villages agains hostile albs. That is the truth. If Serbia was coming for you not even NATO could protect you.

These remarks are not according Serbia's official policy. As usual the country's army shows the real way of thinking of this government. Until now all disaster on the Balkans started by Serbia's pointing to threats reigning outside their territory. It is good that KFOR is still present!!!

Serbia will react in this case just like Kosovo in the other possible outcome: They will ignore it, and say that the ICJ ruling is not binding, and it's against the constitution, bla.. bla...
But about the "destabilization and violence": I think, too that this is possible, maybe even likely.
You might remember the 2004 events: Violence, looting and some persons even getting killed. Why? Because of almost nothing: Just a stupid (or maybe even planned) campagne in Kosovo media spreading blatent lies and unfounded accusations about kids being killed by Serbs, who in fact just drowned by incident in a river.
