Properties seized from “Šarić Clan” members

State Secretary in the Justice Ministry Slobodan Homen said that property has been seized from six persons associated with drug boss Darko Šarić.

Упаси Боже. As lukrative as it sounds... people, just stay away from such deals. Let the property of criminals be used for humanitarian purpose, amen.

Same applies for cars. I rather buy a less fancy one than driving a car with a feeling: "the one in my seat previously was a drug baron". Not a good omen. My Viet friend would say: "bad karma, stay away from that".

Sounds stupid but soul-less things also could have some...whatever, maybe stupid but I would rather negotiate harder with a legit and honest previous owner.

And buying repossessed homes or foreclosures is nearly the same thing. Rather strike a good deal with someone who is not in deep need and there isn't a dark cloud of "negative energy" associated with the property. Can't describe more, it's rather a gut feeling.
