So this is the fault of the parents and the children!!!???? This case indicates a massive failing of the system, a system for which Minister Obradović is responsible. If he refuses to accept this responsibility and continues to try to shift the blame onto the victims (as all rapists do) instead of apologizing to them he should be forced to resign.

Have you even read this article, of did just choose to go off unto an emotional ramble? ... He is speaking about educating children of possible threats, allowing the children to understand what is wrong and what is right, if something is wrong, they have a place to go.

Secondly I would like to mention that this is something very rare in Serbia, and a lot more common in the West, so for all the Albs who choose to critizse immediatly, understand that YOUR allies are one of the biggest perpetraitor of this act.
