Serbs who commited war crimes in Kosovo (and yes, there are those people) must be either brazen or totally stupid if they dare to go back to Kosovo. They are surely not amongst the returnees.

For goodness sake, leave the Serbs of Kosovo in peace once and for all.
One Albanian gets investigated and 20 Serbs get accused.
Anyone see something funny going on here?

Keep in mind the convenience of these absurd indictments, right after the arrest of a minister and another KLA commander accused of murder, intimidation, theft...the list goes on and on.

"the arrest of a minister"

Sorry, but this is news to me. There is no arrest of any Minister, just an investigation going on.

pss,
I wonder if you even read the articles?

Most the time no, I am more interested in the comments. But in this case I am not sure of your meaning, nothing in my comment is out of line with the article.

They sure put a lot of effort to prosecute minorities in Kosovo. It is tragic that so little is done to prosecute KLA that are clearly guilty of similar crimes. It seems that NATO and the EU think justice is only one sided.

They just raised the bet, excellent

Serbia is all in! Now we see why the albanians aren't investigating any of the daily crimes associated with their terrorist rule. They need further distractions, like Billy and Monica, in an attempt to distract the world of what's truly happening in Kosovo. .

My gut feeling is, if I would have have a nice, fancy house in the area - I would be, too, declared a "Serb" and some sort of paramilitary. An other form of land grab, that is.

I guess the possibility that seeing people who murdered his family brought to justice never entered your mind.
Since these are your "gut feelings" do you not understand why when the Gang of Gjilan were rounded up in southern Serbia that many had the same "gut feelings"?
This is why all war crimes should be tried in international courts.
