The way the EU and Greece handle this economic crisis is one more reason Serbia should not join the EU, they would guarantee our economic dependance on them and this would be a greater disaster for Serbia than anything that happened in the 1990's...
This is irresponsible on the part of outgoing Governor Jelasic of the Bank of Serbia to falsely assure the Serb public that their money is safe in Greek banks. Why is it then that the Greek public is demonstrating, is it not because they think their own money is also safe in Greek banks. It is easy for Jelasic to give his insincere reassurances when he knows he is leaving his post shortly.
