Thaci says “no lynch” in corruption case

No wonder EULEX didn't inform Thaci of the search before it happened. When Thaci talks about the raid in terms of lynching, then he has made up his mind that Limaj is innocent. I read on another news service several weeks ago that Thaci was approached by Western diplomat with information that one of his ministers was corrupt. I'm sure that it was Limaj. The article also stated that Thaci was unconvinced then with the facts and he remains unconvinced now. Corruption is what keeps investment out of Kosovo and will be the downfall of Kosovo. Once donor countries get tired of seeing their money going into the pockets of these corrupt politicans, aid from these countries will fall as will the economy. Once that happens, I predict eventual chaos like that of Albania when the pyramid scheme brought down the government and led to anarchy.

Now Thaci reacted by saying he would “not allow for members of his cabinet to be lynched”.

Wow, that says it all. This is why Thachi was not notified about the search - he is not trusted. Who knows, maybe his home and office will be searched next?

Sure, Thaci shouldn't lynch him, but if EULEX finds him guilty, he must be fired from his position as a ministre and the stolen money must be found and seized.

And sure, why should EULEX be so stupid and inform Thaci in advance of the raid? Then Limaj would have been warned for sure...

After hearing about the latest arrest connected to "yellow house" i think all of you should realize that honymoon of kla is over forever,and one by one your heroes will face justice..Why don`t you ask why interpol never took his picture down-becouse they know he will be in jail one day..

I am Albanian. This guy Hashim Thaci the Prime Minister of Kosovo is loads of lie! He is corrupt ! His party the PDK is corrupt! We in Kosovo see what he and his party gets up too and its with Kosovan Govt. money ! I beg to the world do not listen to Thaci and PDK !!!!! I want EULEX to raid all of them and punish these thieves, this is honestly coming from an Albanian in Kosovo.

You are very brave making such statements. A lot of k-a nationalist on this forum will most probably call you a traitor or a serbian paid agent.
I can certainly understand very well your frustration because I heard it many times from k-a expatriates in Switzerland, but unfortunately the politics are thinking differently, at least for now.
The only chance for kosovo to go anywhere is to get rid of this criminals that thought that putting some lip sticks on their hands would change the colour of the blood that they left behind them!

Really, fortunately didn't see him coming in Switzerland, unless he came like a rat!
That would certainy remind him of the good old days where he was racketing his compatriates in Lausanne and at the same time creating some interesting white business.
Am sure that most of the k-a expatriates would not enjoy seing this criminal around, actually when you talk to them they would rather see him roting at the only place where such a guy should end up to, behind bars in a dark hole!

Only blind people,ultra nationalists and criminals of his sorts can't see what damage he is doing!

Well, he's informed now and he will be very careful about that paper trail.

As for him saying he will not alloy anyone in his ministry to be lynched, laughable.
He is not in control. They only got supervised independence which means clearly someone else is in control. He does not get to allow anything.
