I think Croatia is upset with Josipovic said and not Jeremic. This was a smart move by Jeremic. How did he misinterpert the message by Josipovic. I understood the same thing.

This has less to do with Jeremic "insulting" Croatia than it does with HDZ remnants having an incredibly hard time maintaining their state-sponsored narratives of sanitized Croatian collective memory. Josipovic himself found himself in hot water with these people when he deviated from official Croatian historical memory of the war in Bosnia. That Jeremic is simply applauding what Josipovic said and himself being castigated by HDZ remnants is a testamant to large parts of Croatian political culture still having trouble accepting guilt for their own actions.

A war is never only one side like too many times the history has proven or like too many times we were told to believe in one story only...
2 years ago I was making a bike tour in Croatia with some friends from different countries, some of them having serbian plates numbers, but were french people on a working mission in Belgrade.
Now believe it or not, when we came to Split they where affraid and were hiding their plate numbers not to be aggressed. I was a kind of shocked but since then I heard this kind of similar stories many times.
Does it mean that all the Croats are like this, certainly not, likewise it goes with the Serbs!
Yes, in the past back in Europe we were believing that only the Serbs were the devils and only one sided information was distributed.
Fortunately it is no longer the case and now we have, thanks God, the opportunity to find out more about all dark sides of this nonsense war!
If all the surrounding countries would do only 20% of what the Serbs are trying to do to cope with their past, the region would be already much further. It is about time that the Croats also acknolwdge their wrong doings!

The only one who should have been taken care of long ago is Croatia,which collaborated with the Nazis which as the only nation in Europe with Germans established and run concentration camps and actively took part in the Holocaust.
In several Croatian cities there are streets renamed after German and Croatian Nazis.

If anyone deserves a slap it is you Zagor for such an obscenely provocative comment. You really should be ashamed for both your extreme lack of any taste and for your extreme anti Serb comment. How often we hear so many people point a completely biased finger towards Serbia and all of her citizens and hold her responsible for seemingly every ill in the world. How often do we hear any comments that recognise any of the harm and suffering rained down on Serbia? I am not so naive to think Serbia is completely guilt free through the years but at least do us all the favour of realising that plenty of attrocities have been committed on the Serb people with next to no calls for justice being heard. All I would like to see and I am sure Serbia would wish too is that some sense of justice and balance be applied to all countries. The only one who should have been taken care of long ago is Croatia,which collaborated with the Nazis which as the only nation in Europe with Germans established and run concentration camps and actively took part in the Holocaust.
In several Croatian cities there are streets renamed after German and Croatian Nazis.
