The Serbian Parliament Collegium will discuss a draft declaration condemning crimes against Serbs, it has been announced.

Hopefully never! Any proof? Hardly! These were casualties of war. Serbs and Serbia was only defending itself. Serbs were and still are the biggest victim to islamist albanians and bosnjaks and croats.

Does this leave any question as to why independence is the only viable option for Kosovo.

Actually Tadic has already done that (eventhough he shouldnt've) and there is a whole declaration which has just come out recently.
If only the others would do as much. Is that too much to ask?

Really? So when does the Serbian parliament intend to apologise for Serbia's crimes against Croats, Bosniaks and Kosovar Albanians? It has only condemned Srebrenica - certainly by the far the worst crime, but only one in one month out of years of slaughter in 1991-95 and then 1998-99. So this current legislation is ahrdly reciprocal.
