Indeed Srboslav. Every day we read about criminals in Serbia being caught and prosecuted for various crimes. In Kosovo and Montenegre all they are saying is "we will investigate" and then nothing happens. In a short period of time Serbia has become a regional leader in fighting crime.

No, that's not true! In Kosovo, it can happen that drugs are seized, only to be later "stolen" from the Kosovo police headquarter :-)

Two wanted "so called" warcrininals that haven't been arrested (Mladic, Hadzic). How many warcrimes are investigated in Serbia and how many in Kosovo? Is there even one case in Kosovo? The only investigation agains albanians were conducted by the internationals and by the Serbs in Serbia. Kosovo is a haven for criminals of all kind. Heck, these albanian warcriminals/drug lords are even running the political life in much of Kosovo. You bring up one example but ignore the rest.
Kosovo is to Europe like Somalia is to Africa.
