well, anyway, all these criminals will have to face justice one day. one way or another.
(Jovan, 29 April 2010 15:23)

I guess you are having a field day calling officials "criminals". Enjoy yourself man. If you put all criminal politicians from Belgrade and Prishtina on both sides of the scale, guess which way the scale will bear more weight?
(Kosova-USA, 29 April 2010, 16:12)

Limaj is indeed a criminal... but these financial crimes are not even his biggest concern, buddy. He is still being investigated for war crimes that were not in the initial ICTY indictment. Hopefully he will be in the Hague or another forum to again to answer for the charges - and he may not weasel out of it this time:)

Bravo-taking down telekom cost him a lot more than he bargained for.
Days when making money by blaming Serbs are over and this should silence albanian trolls here, who just had a praise for this common criminal just couple of days ago.

Wow, our Serbian citizens of Albanian ethnicity are finally seeing the light and not justifying crime. Now that is a positive change. Hopefully we'll soon hear the same regarding criminal acts committed against Serbians and other non-Albanians.
(Zoran, 29 April 2010 14:39)

no Zoki, our dear k-albanian friends still do not see any light.

this ethnic-albanian individual, Mr.Limaj is only Mr.Touchy´s patsy, nothing more.
perhaps he just wanted to put back some money for the time when the "independence-project" definitely collapses...

Touchy is the one, who should be sacked.
you know the saying "the fish rots from the head down"?

but actually, Touchy isn´t even a big shot.

well, anyway, all these criminals will have to face justice one day. one way or another.

Hi all.

if found guilty i hope he goes to jail for some time. even if he was ex KLA i dont really care cos lots of other people where in KLA and they can hardly manage to have normal social life at the moment in Kosovo. it will take a long time for Kosovo to get there but i hope one day it will.

and believe me when i was in my teens i was stoped many times by serbain police then and they where taking money from me for nothing at all, just for being albanian.

K-A are not angel either, far from it. but at the end of the day its Ballkans. it wil never stop no matter what.

i just feel sorry for many normal serbs. albanins, boshnjaks ets who will have a very difficult to deal with every day life under this currupted goverments

Best regards

Comment:Some people confuse the word "independence" with "occupation".
(Pyrros, 29 April 2010 10:08)

the better word is "self service"
And the Kosovarians cover all of this for their own disadvantages.

When do you awake Kosovo??

Finally EULEX did something worth mentions, hopefully jail waits him. Thaci should be checked aswell, enough with corrupt officials.

I don't mean to be ungracious but weren't Albanians here proclaiming Limaj some kind of hero calling for his release from the Hague before he was set free to rob Kosovo?

Personally I'm not at all suprised that Limaj thought he could continue his activities with impunity. He thought - 'well if an international court can't even indict me I must be above the law'.

No wonder he thought he could get away with it.

This is the news I like to hear from Kosova!

After this actions Eulex will get some credit and hopefully K-Serbs will feel that it is time to be involved more in Kosova institutions!

As for corruption: how is this bad? Corruption exists in every country especially in the Balkans, that much we know. I wish EULEX had jurisdiction over Albania too on corruption. Corruption exists, the fact that people are being investigated is a great thing. Go EULEX!

Kosovo is a tiny little place in the middle of nowhere but they are world champions in corruption. For such a small territory its unbelievably corrupt. What's even worse is that the EU and America have been in this province for over 10 years without any progress. That just prooves how deep-seated corruption is amongst albanians and their society. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

THis is also a great news for KOsovo. Lets hope more searches and arrests of ALL criminals (and their gangs) regardless nationality continues in the coming days so that we turn away from the legacy that left its DEEP mark in our society.
Albanians nation is with. If facts exist give them harsh punishments.

We deserve better.

there was corruption in the Infrastructure and Telecommunications Ministry of the Kosovo Albanian government, which is headed by Limaj.

No way, how could this be!?!

It must be serbian propaganda ;-) Since all knows that "kosova" is making great progress..

Aren't he to occupied ordering destruction of serbian and norweigan mobile transmittors to be able to take bribes ;-)?

Previously, media in Priština speculated that “western intelligence agencies” gave Thaci the name of one of the ministers from his party, who was allegedly involved in stealing “at least EUR 10mn”.

This was not only well coordinated with the Kosovo president but also quite necessary. Corruption is quite a problem in the whole Balkans and many other peoples would wish that a corrupt minister and his ministry would be raided in that extreme way. In Greece, it would have saved billions. Now it's to late.
