EU ministers on Kosovo, Bosnia

An EU house... well, why not! As long as the EU makes clear that even the EU has to obey international law. Thus indeed... Kosovo is still a Serbian province ruled by UN!

Remember it took 2 days for that empire to fall-apart. I say the EU will fall sooner, it's own members are getting fed-up with what is happening, let alone non-members. Good day :)
