Even if they were children, why would they throw stones at Serbs and not others?

Just because it is not considered news for the outlets, it does not mean that they are not throwing stones at fellow Albanians as well.

The point is that the government of Kosovo has an interest in bring Serbs back and protect their security. Kosovo has only to gain from this. On the other hand, the narrative of Belgrade goes against stories of successful returns. When it comes to Kosovo Serbs welfare, reasonable people know who truly wants the worst for them.

Typical inhuman Balkan politics.

Of course it's children, right? Of course, the definition of children is open and depends upon culture and motivation of the person defining children. Even if they were children, why would they throw stones at Serbs and not others?

No big deal Poster? This is how anti-Semitism rose in Germany and led to the Holocaust. Those kids didn't learn to hate Albanians on their own. They were taught by their families and friends. And even if the police can't take action against these kids, what will the parents do? It's no big deal to racists, but not the rest of the civilized world.

“The Priština government was right to deem the acts “cowardly and intolerable,” and they called on the attackers to be brought to justice for their acts,” Zannier said.

As cowardly and intolerable as destroying vital communication mediums which allow for people to contact hospitals, the ambulance service and just about everything else?

Shame on the albanians.

So, what will happen now? They were "children", and cannot be punished, I guess.

Will the parents be punished for not taking care of their children? Very unlikely.

No mention of the size and number of stones. Would be helpful information to determine number of attackers and their age. How far and how hard can a child thow a stone?

“Based on the initial results of the investigation in the case, a statement was taken from parents who said that they saw their children throwing rocks at the bus. Police believe that the same children threw rocks at the tents,” Ibra said.

-- Would it be too much for the local Albanian authorities to build a fricking basketball court as a better form of diversionary recreation for these kids?

Maybe also provide some night schooling for their parents in order to teach them about civic co-habitation?
