Kosova will too, under 'Republic of Kosovo'. Does this mean Serbia recognizes Kosova?

No they will tell IMF Serbia is most important in Balkans if they want to do business with Serbia ... Oh wait they need to borough money so they wil attend so as per Serbian poletical logic they are accepting Kosovo as a country

Very good point. They made such a fuss about not being at the Slovenian conference. Where did all the umbrage go? I am so tired of the idiotic politics that do not serve Serbia well.
