Serbia ready for EC questionnaire

Director of the Government’s European Integration Office, Milica Delević, told daily Politika that Serbia will be ready for the EC questionnaire in May.

I really don't know why all this time and effort wasted when Netherlands clearly states that there will be no EU for Serbia unless they hand over Mladic.

Is all this designed to keep the citizens of Serbia dangling and holding onto Tadic for a bit longer until some objective is achieved? There is no point in any of this if Mladic hand over is the criteria that must be filled before Serbia becomes a member of EU. I cannot believe that so many Serbs are going to take this as some sort of a sign that EU is close if they stick with this government.
What is it going to take?
