“Resolution proof of improved ties”

"The U.S. Senate adopted the resolution on Wednesday, which congratulates Serbia on its EU membership application, praises its active efforts to integrate into the EU and the global community and calls on the European Council to decide on Serbia's application without delay."

There is no entity more presumptuous than the US! Look at it telling the EU what to do! Brussels should tell this swollen-headed creature to go fly a kite and take care of its own domestic problems at home!

As for Serbia, she should seriously analyze the benefits of EU membership. It really means becoming a servant of EU's true masters (I'm talkling about the likes of Berlin, London, Paris etc) in all but name!
