Muckracking journalists are heroes to the people. So, when they can't go out on the street without the state police protection, something must have gone amiss. The reality behind this sad story is that B92 people interfered with "business people", messed with their profits, so those business 'professionals' decided to make journalists lives miserable: they paid hooligans to harass writers, and scare them into seeking police protection. Without police protection journalists are condemned to fear for their lives, and with the protection they are obviously severely curtailed in their muck-racking work. The action of judges clearly show that their job in the grand conspiracy is to let the hooligans of the hook with the slap on the wrist, so they can continue harassing journalists, to bring the investigative reporting, unnerving to politically well-connected "business people", to a screeching halt.
