Roberto, do you also think that the killers that killed all innocent people at Varvarin bridge and them who killed all people on the civil train in Surdulica should be brought to trial?

Don't be silly. Of course he doesn't. He is only interested in justice for Albanians.

Police have immunity from prosecution when carrying out their duties. Should these Romanians be held liable for shooting rubber bullets they were issued not knowing that they were out of date? I don't think you would find a judge or jury in the world that would sympathize with your case. Especially after the riot inciter, Kurti, is still free. Rule of Law is a joke in Kosovo. Somalia has a better chance of succeeding in becoming a real democracy.

"I don't accept this court as legitimate" - and that's why he can ignore the court order? Oh, where did I read a similar argument the last time?

Ah, yes, it was about the ICTY. Who said it? Was it Milosovic? Or later, Karadzic, too?

All the same, some people simply think they can live according to their own laws - and in Kosovo, even nowadays the police supports it :)

Oh, now the troops that saved the Kosovo Albanians from the attacks of the Serbian army some years ago are called "occupation forces". Amusing - gratefulness the Kosovarian way :)

Oh yeh, arrest him for being on the receiving end of the guns of occupation forces, don't arrest the ones who slaughtered innocent demonstrators. You're a bag of laughs with your "law and order" stuff so upside down.

Interesting that when albanians attack others and when the attacked ones defend themselves they are the bad guys. You cry about the albanians killed but you forget who started the troubles and the fact that several KFOR troops simply defended themselves.

Well, Kosovo still is being governed by UN. However, I think if someone from EU or UN misbehaves he should be trialed. Yes. Of course! So yes, shots were fired at people back then. This should be fully investigated.

By the way: may I remind you that your friend the USA has a special law that forbids US soldiers to be trialed by someone else?
Well, I do not like that. But hey, the USA is your friend. So your are blind for their flaws... Very sad!

Seems like the albanians don't have confidence in their own courts, yet they say they are democratic bla bla bla.
Arrest this criminal and send him to Rumania to face justice for the violence in 2007.

... and this story is just another prove that transferring resposibility from UN/UNMIK autorities to Kosovo autorities/KPS was a too early and doesn't work.

Looks like the UN/EU will have to stay in Kosovo for some more decacades, unfortunately, if the goal is to turn Kosovo into a functioning, democratic state where law and order is respected.

Shame on EULEX police officers for not being able to arrest one person. They should pack up and go home.
I would not say shame on KP, becasue they have no reason to arrest Kurti. KP should have arrested Romanin FPU officers who killed innocent people, but than again at that time UN was governing as our friend Ron tries to remind us day in day out.

The soap opera continues - starring Albin Kurti & the KPS professionals.

Law and order the Kosovarian way - it would be funny if it wouldn't be so sad. I'm sure the King of Swaziland signed the petition, too ;-)
